In psychological terms, this is a classic case of "transferring the issue". Transferring the issue is when a person doesn't have a valid response to an argument. This tactic is used frequently by down-rampers when they have no valid response - in this case, when they have no valid argument against that the court case is going very well for the ISX/JK side of the ledger they throw up preposterous statements regarding the ISX vs ASX case.
