That is exactly it - A waste of taxpayers money and ASIC utilising the Judicial system as a venue to justify this witch hunt which originated from their pals flawed reasons of ISX suspension - to date ASIC and ASX have failed to provide any concrete evidence of ISX wrong doing.

Wish this case is thrown right into the face of ASIC, but I think the court process will prevent this from happening as this may leave room for an appeal (just my view not an expert here).
