    ASX and ASIC should be very embarrased by what was presented in court today.

    They have joined forces in order to portray ISX and JK as villians at the expense of shareholders.

    The information presented today shows the how extensively JK actively sought external legal advise/opinion and acted on it accordingly.

    I have alot more confidence in the management of this company now.

    I wouldnt be surprised to see many of ASIC’s claims dropped by them now.
