    Just to clarify to those that were unable to view proceedings today it seems from evidence & from Mr Seyfort's affidavit that from the day of suspension ISX was conducting all of their correspondence with ASIC/ASX with legal advice from Mr Seyfort and his affidavit is very damning of the conduct of ASX.
