You're still implying JK is dishonest if anything has come out of the last 2 days it is he has acted honestly and openly in all his dealings with ASIC/ASX be that acting under legal advice. I think one draft email referred today he wanted to be open with the answer to ASX but in was the lawyer that changed how he should respond.
As @ZMan said in a early post he now has a lot more confidence in management after today.
It has been clear from emails and draft emails mention in court that JK & the BoD were and I imagine still are in solely focused on initially making the company cash flow positive then growing the company.
