Not sure I quite understand your point re audit.But we know the company was aware of what Visas true motives where for the suspension and then termination and it was not due to the stated reasons of AML.
From my understanding AML initially comes up due the admin error with submission of paper work and it was the AML division of Visa that initially suspended ISX as per tweet to Swarmi due to the paper work issue nothing to do with actual AML.
I didn't hear the details of the audit today just tail end so can't comment on who or when initiated it but as Mr Hart, Mr Minehane & Ms Worrell went to great lengths to point out the Visa letters were riddled with errors. JK responses were consistent with what he knew/believed to be the truth and guided by the lawyers at least that's how I see it.
