There really hasn't. I dont see any reason for ASIC to charge/sue ASX. If ASX had done the wrong thing, Id expect ISX would have sued them (and not dropped it right before they actually had to show proof of anything at all). If you think ISX/SP1 dropped the ASX case because focussing on the business would get them half a billion dollars quicker...
