I haven't been keeping up with this case, but from memory (and from reading between the lines of the ASIC release at https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/news-centre/find-a-media-release/2022-releases/22-240mr-grant-thornton-and-auditor-charged-over-2018-audit-of-isignthis/), the accused has plead not guilty when they appeared on the 1st of September (which would have been the (first) mention hearing), so I'm guessing this is a contest mention.

Agree, I expect that by now it is listed to set a hearing date unless the defendant is making representation for it to be withdrawn.
