pretty sure if ASIC wants to look it at ASX’s (and it’s own behaviour) regarding ISX it will find a few issues…..although I’m sure ASIC won’t want to shoot itself in the foot by looking here.

Of course ASX and ASIC colluded together on ISX…It’s there in the statement of claims in their own quotes. Let’s start with ASIC investigator Colin Luxford proof reading and approving the ASX market release on suspension day 1 (when he knew there was no evidence for suspension). And let’s not forget old Colin 3 weeks later responding to ISX’s lawyer’s email saying ASIC wasn’t involved in the suspension. It’s the definition of collusion.

maybe the question you should be asking is why when facing these ASIC charges and disclosure breaches, ASX is still trading? Didn’t Kevin Lewis tell ISX there is no way he would lift their suspension while ASIC was investigating them? Just another example of where ASX and ASIC don’t apply the rules consistently (even now).
