BTW ASX suspended ISX. ASIC had nothing to do with the suspension off the bourse. Absolutely zero.
Anyway it’s all irrelevant, ISX pussied out of the court case and have now run away off to Cyprus. And furthermore have blamed the ASX for forcing this because the court demanded ISX to cough up for security of costs.
Of course ASX we’re going to ask for security dealing with a now foreign entity.
