Judges don't have a real-time transcript so I think he's extending a courtesy whilst the Judge takes notes, highlights, and tabs during various submission points. The documentary evidence speaks for itself and seems fairly clear. Suspension? My understanding is that you still have to comply with disclosure requirements regardless and Borski KC is cognisant of that. I'll stand to be corrected on that and, no doubt, that will be the Defendants' position.
