This is certainly no GetSwift case….they seemingly have no correspondence between anyone supporting that the performance shares were targeted, they have no witnesses in the same vain, there is no evidence of any interference with audits. The VISA disclosure issue seems to face a huge headwind in that JK was following legal advice when he didn’t disclose, which is allowed under the corps act. The other disclosure charges will also have to prove following legal advice was wrong.

I’m not saying ISX will win, but even you with your “non rose coloured glasses” would have say the ASIC case is far from knocking it our of the ball park at this stage. It’s all circumstantial…
