Imagine that, a listed company being made to reply to reasonable questions from the market operator just like the 2000 or so other listed companies on the exchange.

Then, when the few opaque replies from ISX started to trickle in, the countries peak regulator started to suspect something so they started asking ISX questions. Unbelievable behavior!! Disgusting !!!!!
BuT ISX WaS a CoMpeTitOr To tHe ASx !!! - lol - so was/is the NSX* ( *yes an actual real competitor - not a fantasy land competitor ) and they have been listed for what 20 years (?), and have never had a problem...even over the last 5 years with Nikothanus at the helm. Mind you, Niko and crew are doing a good enough job on the NSX all by themselves !!
