Seriously? Unfortunately this is a classic case of our system where the rich and powerful win even if wrong. Asx could have dragged this thru the courts for years knowing full well a few million to them is chump change but to a fledgling start-up it's very survival. Asx action in settling this lawsuit speaks volumes. If they were so sure they did nothing wrong why settle and pay their own legal fees? Why not refuse and crush Isx with continued litagation? Surely a few million to them is nothing to win and prove their case
