Management wouldn't have to answer endless ASX queries if they'd answered the first ones fully and honestly, but, as we'll find out in the judgement, there were reasons why they chose not to. If you believe the company, they were that they were a competitor to the ASX. If you believe ASIC, it was because there was a five-alarm trouser fire in the CEO's office.
