BY CONSENT, THE COURT ORDERS THAT:1. As soon as reasonably practicable, but by no later than10.00am on

12 December 2022where no application is filed pursuant to order 3, or otherwise one week following the determination of such an application, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) is to provide to each of the Defendants in this proceeding, transcripts of all examinations conducted pursuant to s 19 of theAustralian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001(Cth) in ASIC’sinvestigation into Nuix Limited (Nuix) which resulted in this proceeding, together with copies of the documents referred to in those examinations.

1. As soon as reasonably practicable, but no later thanmidday on 5 December 2022, ASIC is to provide notice of these orders to all persons in respect of whom examinations were conducted and ASIC is required to produce transcripts by reason of order 1 (Examinees).

2. Any of the Examinees seeking a variation of these orders or the imposition of confidentiality obligations in respect of the transcripts to be produced is to make any application to the Court and serve that application on ASIC and Nuix by no later than4.00pm on 9 December 2022.

3. Order 4 of the orders made on 31 October 2022 be vacated.
4. The time for the defendants to file their defence be extended to23 December 2022, or three weeks after the determination of any application made as envisaged in order 1, whichever is the later.
5. The case management hearing listed for 9.30am on 12 December 2022 be vacated.
6. The proceeding be listed for case management at9.30am on 8 February 2023.
