I shared this article in another thread but probably better situated here in terms of an update. The journos must have somehow got a copy of the directors' defences.
If this article is to be believed, the Directors should be mightily concerned.... The defence arguments put forward do not seem credible. Also seems incredible that a mere 1 month post IPO, the ACV could be more than 10% ($17.1M off the internal budget). Makes one wonder how credible the prospectus forecasts were in the first place. Even though ASIC have said they are taking no action on the Prospectus, its possible new evidence could emerge which reopens that case.
