Update - High Court of Australia Hearing
Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund advises that the hearing date for
the High Court of Australia, which was scheduled to be heard on 13 May 2014, has been vacated and that the
appeal will be heard at a later date.
An update will be provided when the new scheduled date is known, it most likely being during the August 2014
sittings of the High Court of Australia
