I would suggest that those that sat in on the court matters...

I would suggest that those that sat in on the court matters bring this to the attention of the Australian Federal Ombudsman. May rattle the chains a bit and shake a few leafs at ASIC. Will also show there are some australians unhappy with the way the budget is being utilized at ASIC and the people they are using in the department.

The complaint will not do much as like most Federal and State and Local government departments u could hit them over the head with a baseball bat and they would not even flinch. All they would do is ask for more budget funding and staff. While not solving the problems occurring.!!
