lodged complaint today.
i know it's not very detailed but i feel besides selling this is the only action i can take to voice my upset!

on 29 april 2011 clean global energy (cgv) raised about $ 4 800 000 @ 7c.

shortly after the raising the shares started to trade below 6c.

on 12 may 2011 the company entered a trading halt.

on 16 may 2011 cgv informed the market that the ceo & the cfo had been removed from the board.
no reasons for the removal were given.

the shares are currently trading @ 4.7c. the market is totally uninformed and trading should therefore suspended till full information is given.

furthermore ASIC needs to investigate any shortcomings of the capital raising like was the company aware of the circumstances that led to the removal of 2 directors before the closing date of the raising?
