I think transparency is an issue here. might be soming for asic to look at.
so go back four months and ask yourself if management were aware of ANY information that may have an affect on share price which was NoT disclosed to the market. ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... how much stuff is THERE? think about it.
how many people have invested in Pen thinking some MaY happen while the management full well NOTHIng was going to happen...
