vintage, i think everyone gets your point but your constant ranting on here expecting answers from posters is quite frankly pointless.
you'd be better focusing your efforts on the company itself in order to get the answers you desire, then it's up to you to believe them depending on their response.
if at first they don't respond, bombard them until they do, you seem to have no problem venting on and bombarding the PEN thread but it's all in vain as no one here can truly answer you.
