Hmmm, I'm not sure how you can be so confident. Didn't their statement only say Wah Nam Australia (and their associates) have not bought in the past 4 months?. Wah nam International might have different associates who have probably still been buying. Also, as I have said, 55.33% is only what was transferred by June. At that time who knows how many more shares they had that were 'not' transferred. Unless you had access to the complete shareholder register I don't know how you can be so confident they cannot reach 60%. They may have reached over 60% back in June and you just don't know it yet.
