I meant to add in my last post, that I have a faint hope - based only on conjecture. Bentleys and the G8 Singapore case may be ticking time bombs. Depending on the outcome, Singapore may have implications in Australia. The Bentleys' findings might similarly rock boats. But we PIF investors are mere mortals, guessing daily our way through a myriad of obstacles. And I wonder if ASIC would be more alert were they ever to become a division of the Australian Federal Police.
