Why wont ASIC listen to shareholders concerns? Wonder if anyone has ever taken them to court for neglecting their duties as far as being contacted by a number of shareholders who are very concerned about the actions of management at one particular company? You would like to think that alarm bells would ring at ASIC if a large number of shareholders complained to them about the same company with the same concerns. Isn't that what they are supposed to do?
