I wrote him again I am not asking for "advice" I have a question for you to answer: My question is ""Do company have to seek ASIC approval before declaring Consolidation of Company Capital?" He replied back saying go thru our website and under "publications" you will have answer.

Do anyone on HC has dealt with ASIC? And their experience.
