I think we need an investigator from the ASIC Perth office to get involved at this point before people start shredding documents and correspondence!
If a number of us make a complaint it will encourage ASIC to move faster.. IMO there is no doubt that the actions of some TON company office holders has represents misconduct. ASIC Form in link..
