I existing creditors will likely stand ahead of shareholders on the insurance policy. There isn't enough insurance to pay out so I don't think you'd recover anything. I would expect the administrators are pursuing this for themselves (from what I recall of their report) - first they get paid, then unsecured creditors then shareholders.
