The may be exempt under s 36.4 (b)? It would be very sad for our markets if somebody with a strong opinion wasn't allowed to voice it. Stocks are being pumped in the markets so much more often than being pilloried. The up ramping is a far bigger problem for investors if you consider the amounts of money involved in poorly educated investors making bad decisions in either direction.
