upon ASIC acceptance, the order can be lifted , a new and proper prospectus be prepared detailing the directors $$$$ commitment to the CR,

the names of the two new Australian directors , a proper costing of all activities , a forward business plan , a date when the VS will be lifted , no more of this Shi*t in coming week/weeks that is just not on any more ,,,
