They won’t have a class action. As far as many are concerned, the company did no wrong. I can’t remember a time when the executives didn’t sell after an earnings result. It’s common practice for them and nothing out of the ordinary. The sales data must have been a lot worse than expected in December which is what led to the sudden downgrade.
