From another forum ASIC (Sarah Arnold) have received many complaints about ADY and will be conducting an investigation.
I guess the issue is what could happen as a result of this.Even if PT (or other members of the board)were investigated and found to be in breach of their regulatory and fudiciary obligations and banned from being directors,It still would not stop them participating in other ventures as shareholders and non directors.
Im not sure if any of the current executive will hold their positions given what has happened.They certainly do not have the personal votes to carry any of the motions to be put at the AGM,nor indeed any other motions that may be put.
