Yes, as I have said on many occasions, I have never been able to point to anything of a technical nature that would hinder the development of this project in a major way.
In my opinion, every hurdle of any consequence can be traced, in one form or another, back to climate activism and government attitude.
The problem with climate activism is that it tends to suggest that the end justifies the means, and damn any adverse consequences along the way.
