Why do you feel debt is a problem? For MQG or TCL? Debt is not a dirty word.
Its generally not a problem for most companies, while coverage ratios are maintained in a wide range of future scenarios (downturn, boom, status quo) - they could of course pay it off, but that would be at the expense of opportunity.
