ASIC should go for license restrictions and put another breach notice out on them.
Macquarie Group is not above the law and the Federal Court and ASIC have spoken.
The $10 million AUD fine does not appear to have acted as sufficient deterrent.
ASIC will have to initiate enforcement proceedings to limit their license and get them to exit activities.
