If any of you Jervois shareholders feel that Duncan is issuing these shares in order to stay as the CEO of Jervois then please contact ASIC!!! If he is doing this to keep control of Jervois, then that is illegal & ASIC needs to be notified.
They will determine if what he is doing is legal & in the best interests of shareholders.
So please guys send your concerns to ASIC as this will be our last chance to make something of our company.
