I submitted a complaint form to ASIC. For those that wish to submit a complaint but are not to sure about how to word it, feel free to use mine:
Duncan Pursell is issuing 200 million shares 2 weeks before an EGM called to vote him off the board. I believe he may be issuing these shares in order to maintain his role as CEO. I have been informed that this is illegal & believe ASIC needs to be notified. I believe he is not acting in the best interests of shareholders.
