IMO, a wise move by ASIC, ......basically imo it's a Defacto fine ( without admission of guilt and no lengthy drawn out court action and a it's also a carrot for the bank to comply with RC recommendations) ......till such time as the bank can prove they are responsible corporate citizens just in case ASIC has to pull the plug on the banks license at the end of this coming extended time line..... I think it's the ??? 31 May 2019 !!!!
