Doesn't make it right. Similiar thing happenned over in NZ a few years ago, don't remember the firm but it is wrong to charge customers for something they didn't realise they were forced to take unless they read the smallprint or find out some other way. I don't care if it is one of my sharehodings or not; it is still some smart-arses way of impressing, (dicky licking) his boss!
