    I'm with you selciper, ASIC is a freaking joke!! I do find them usefull however to elicit a prompt response from Wellington Capital Ltd by ccing them into my complaints questions etc. It also provides me with an ongoing record of how PIF investors were not only mislead by WCL, but also let down by the 'regulators and gatekeepers'??? ASIC will never be able to say that they were not kept fully informed of PIF investors concerns if ever there is a day of reckoning!!
