I think you and I both have complaints made to ASIC going back over three years.
Same response every time which is cannot comment on an ongoing investigation.
These complaints include direct evidence of criminal behaviour which a simple examination of say a certain stock broker, registry manager etc would easily track down the culprit and see who was behind this clear criminal activities.
So the conclusion is either ASIC is totally inept at investigating or they have been told by people higher up the food chain to protect certain individuals and stop the truth coming out.
Investors have no hope in Australia of protection until ASIC is replaced.
