The issue is not in the offer but how management have reacted. They are clearly acting in a way which many if not most believe is not in shareholders best interest. I have seen this behaviour enough times now to have lost all faith in not only ASIC but the whole system that dictates how companies operate. The corporate world is a jungle and everyone is only in it for themselves unfortunately.
