    If they offered more would people still think the deal was in some way crooked? My guess probably not. It's a low opportunist offer but not criminal. ASIC end up responding to hundreds of queries from people who are disgruntled rather than victims of crime when they should be looking at crime. Not saying crime and insider trading isn't about, just saying if the offer is low doesn't make it a crime. They have grabbed Atlas when they are not in a strong position so can offer less. We would all do the same when buying a house or car if we had the opportunity. Directors may not be the best (although a few months ago when they announced a couple of minor joint ventures people thought they walked on water) But they have to ensure Atlas. Remains a going concern.
