A lot of the new money seems to have come from existing holders. Large insto's consolidating. I don't think they would be interested in any action. Also the action would first be aimed at the BOD. They do have insurance for this type of issue. First point would be to attack them. If that failed then onto the company and their new money. I don't care if it goes under now.
