I was just reading his thread on swiftel forum. He said
that they would pay $75 mill, however they wanted
at least $105 mill. It was going to be underwritten by
the directors and major shareholders. I thought they
were the same people. He also implied that things are
going good and this would be reflected in half-yearly
report to be released in Feb. He usually doesnt sound
this confident. Lets hope I am right, in my interpretation
The share price doesnt agree however.
