We see a DEATH STAR type candle here.
Friday last week saw a major exiting of the stock. Almost $96M was dumped!
I took the entire weekend researching this and have been quite appalled....
Reason being I have seen 100 IPO's since 2017, and I don't recall ANY that had ZERO shares under escrow.
The entire 1B+ shares, the majority is owned by institutions and banks.
Seeing as though cheap shares were issued at around the 47c level according to the Prospectus, with an IPO pricing of $1.43 it's done nothing but continually sell down.
I think someone has just lost the status of Substantial Holder and seized to be on the board. In due time I believe we will see an announcement highlighting this.
Below are my thoughts attached on the chart being daily and hourly.
GLTAHz. I suspect
a new 52wk low coming, a test of $1...May continue to slide down to 47c as per IPO Papers. DYOR as I have and formulate a plan accordingly.
