I suspect that people are anticipating some form of announcement regarding the future corporate structure of the businesses given that it is almost August ..... And if TSN announce that they will acquire control of TSI then those people waiting on the sidelines will act quickly to get in ..... this is just someone making sure they don't miss out IMO.
Like we have said before, there are a lot of eyes on India and TSN in particular and if the barrier to the institutions investing is removed (ie the lack of control o f TSI) then the pool of potential investors will swell extremely quickly with a consequential flow on to demand and price.
Just my opinion but I sense an interesting few weeks ahead.
