What IPO? Nobody said there HAD to be an IPO.
IMO there are more favourable options than an IPO (strictly from the perspective of TSN and as a shareholder in TSN). From TSN's perspective, (again IMO) it would actually be best if we could somehow buyout CX's holding in TSI. I realise that chance might be slim but that would be the best outcome IMO.
