I'm not sure if anyone has touched on this as a possibility, but what if somehow we acquired the roughly 26% share in TSI we need to have the control we need and be able to disclose what the market is wanting to know by raising the funds CX partners originally invested and leave them with the other 49% so they would keep their investors happy knowing they have a JV in a one of the most exciting and rapidly expanding companies in India (TSI). We could achieve this maybe by forfeiting some of the 25 or so % proffit we currently are in title too. It might take a little while but I think it would be a win, win. Not sure if anyone has thought about this or it has been mentioned before but that would be a dream IMO and would dilute our holdings.
Thoughts???
