Not sure about your numbers or what you have calculated... !
- You seem to have the terms opex and capex the wrong way around, but using 30mmbbl for Estimated Ultimate Recoverable, your $150mm for capex and $90mm p.a. for opex gives :
- Capex of $150mm for 30mmbbl = $5/bbl
- Opex of $90mm p.a. for 7 years = $630mm = $21/bbl (less if you can get it out faster) : Given Timor Leste jurisdiction, this estimate appears very generous.
- Gross extraction cost = $26/bbl.
